SMS / Text messaging program terms
Program name and description.
The Grupo DDSR messaging program sends property management communications to tenants, applicants, property owners, and vendors who have opted in. Messages include rent reminders and payment confirmations, maintenance request updates and technician scheduling, appointment and showing confirmations, lease renewal and expiration notices, and occasional announcements about available units.
How to opt in.
You may opt in by checking the applicable consent box on our website contact form, by signing a lease agreement that contains our SMS consent clause, or by providing verbal or written consent to a Grupo DDSR representative. Consent is never a condition of renting a unit or receiving any service.
Age restriction.
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to the Grupo DDSR messaging program. We do not knowingly send text messages to anyone under 18.
Message frequency.
Message frequency varies depending on your tenancy and the requests you submit. Most recipients receive fewer than ten messages per month.
Cost.
Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier, not from Grupo DDSR.
How to opt out.
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you further messages unless you opt in again.

Carrier liability.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy.
Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Carrier support may vary and is subject to change without notice.
Limitation of liability
Grupo DDSR provides this website "as is" and disclaims liability for any errors, omissions, or interruptions to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
