Grupo DDSR is a residential and commercial property management company based in Doral, Florida. We manage residential and commercial properties across the Miami-Dade area on behalf of property owners, and we also manage our own portfolio.
We handle the full lifecycle of each property: tenant placement and screening, lease preparation and renewals, rent collection, maintenance coordination, vendor management, and owner reporting. Our approach is direct and personal — tenants deal with the same team every time, not a call center.
